Azerbaijan: Lukoil to develop 2 Caspian offshore fields

BAKU, Jan 22 (PRIME) -- Russian oil major Lukoil plans to participate in the development of the Nakhchivan and Goshadash offshore fields in Azerbaijan’s sector of the Caspian Sea, press service of Azerbiajan’s President Ilham Aliyev said in a statement on Wednesday following a meeting between Aliyev with Lukoil CEO Vagit Alekperov during the World Economic Forum.

“Aliyev and Alekpervo discussed Lukoil’s participation in the development of the Nakhchivan and Goshadash fields. The decision was made during the meeting,” the statement read.
